Compact and versatile, the RIDGID 42878 238-P Powered Soil Pipe Cutter comes in handy for a range of different applications. It's perfect for tight, confined areas, because it's made with low-profile wheels and a removable handle. Plus, it comes with a ratchet for manual operation, but it can also be paired with an impact driver to cut up to 8" (200 mm) soil pipes.
