Remote Touchscreen Ultrasonic Camera
This video shows you how you can adjust your BATCAM 2.0 ultrasonic camera remotely from a larger external monitor.
When a gas leak occurs, it results in ultrasonic wave element, higher than the audible frequency. Ultrasonic wave element is also made when electrical arc occurs. Therefore, in noisy environment, ultrasonic wave element can be measured to determine whether or not gas leak and electric arc have occurred and where they have occurred. It has detected a leak at a distance of 0.5 m at 51 ccm/in (0.85 cc/sec) with 1.6 bar pressure pressurized.
It can measure the leakage flow rate of 50 cc/min (0.0017 CFM) at a distance of 3.28' (1 m) and the leakage flow rate of 110 cc/min (0.0039 CFM) at a distance of 32.8' (10 m). If the leakage flow is greater, it can be measured from a longer distance.
